A cornerstone here at Insights in Marketing, he brings together an expertise in behavioral psychology with more than 25 years of experience with in-person and online research techniques. More than that, Brian’s a natural at reading and relating to people, which goes a long way to helping both participants and clients feel comfortable throughout the research process.
As our VP of Qualitative Research, Brian is a whiz at managing all aspects of a project for clients. To put it in his own words: “My job is to make sure that from beginning to end we have the client’s objectives in mind and are giving them the solution they’re looking for.”
